When I logout after activating the theme I get Colorlib page

I installed Shapely theme today on my laptop Wordpress. Cutomized the theme a bit. Then to test it, I logged out as admin and went to the wordpress. At that time instead of seeing the front static page, I get Colorlib “Subscriobe to email list” page. As per screenshot below. Please advise what I should do or doing something wrong. I am new to Wordpress but not new to coding.

My mistake. Finally I figured out that the Colorlib Coming Soon plugin was intercepting the front page. When I deactivate it, the front page appears as expected.
