Recommended Actions (Posts and Widgets)

Hello,

I am using WordPress 5.5.3 and I build an ecommerce site. I want to use Tyche theme but I cant download “Posts” and “Widgets” at “Recommended Actions”. Is there any zip file or another link to download them?
