by default this is not possible but i can help you to make this changes, this is not about css, this needs jquery and i can setup this for you, but i need temporary access to your website

I just started working on your request and discovered that you are asking for changing link to the element which is not the link element, i thought you wanted to change url of the logo image, http://bereia.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/cropped-logo-site2-1.png
unfortunately, the element you want to link to the different page can not be linked because its only section and background image because and cannot be used as a link
