I purchased a lifetime subscription under the previous pricing format, but I never received any kind of download link. I had been visiting each template and using the download button. Now these seem to have been removed. Any advice on how to access these templates now?

Sorry, but actually it was a 1 year and not a lifetime plan, so, right now if 1 year is already passed from your last purchase you have to renew your subscription

The 1 year should have only applied to forum support, not template access. What I purchased stated “Access to all upcoming templates”. Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Access to all upcoming templates here means upcoming templates with the year, sorry for confustion
