Ozberk, Contact Form not found?

The description of the Ozberk free template states, “While it is a HTML template, we made sure that its contact form is working out of the box without any extra code.”, no contact form exists in the download. Any help appreciated.

Hope you are having a good day and thank you for your question
I just downloaded the template and i can see mail.php form inside the downloaded folder, please note contact form needs real server environment to run, you can’t test it in the folder

Yes the js and mail are in the zip file, but where is the actual html contact form with INPUTs please?

They are in the template itself, check to please elements page and you will see a form tha can b used as a mail form or for any other purposes
