Locating CSS Template to Change Color of Text in Sidebar

Hello,

I’m trying to change the text color in my sidebar, but Sparkling Options > Typography, does not show that to be an option. So I’m assuming i have to do that in the CSS template, but i don’t know where to find the css template. Can you help?

The website is www.biom.net, and the text i want to change is the light gray wording in the right sidebar.
