If you have not purchased an licence for the template.
Then yes you need to credit the developers and ColorLib

If you have purchased an licence then no you can remove it.

The licence is to allow you to use the template without crediting the developer

yes, if you don’t have a purchased single template license then you have to leave footer credit as is
