I can clearly see contact form at the bottom of the page: Screenshot by Lightshot is this problem already resolved?

Yes it seems to be working now on the www.luckydog.co.za site, but i did not do anything. I also updated my other website www.eboysteel.co.za and it does not work. Please check it out.
