Can't change Social Links

Hi,
I set up the Facebook link in the sidebar: [https://prnt.sc/urjdpi] and in the Footer: [https://prnt.sc/urjdyg]. In the sidebar, I used the Sparkling Social Widget, but I can’t insert / modify the page url!

In the footer, I enabled the option “Footer Social Icons”, in the menu: “Appearance> Personalize” - in the control panel.

However, in both places I can’t change the urls, where are these changes made?

Looks like checking several things in the backend is necessary, please send me your access credentials along with your website URL and I will investigate this case.
