hello, almost one week is gone and no news. I sent an email to the vendor via paypal and still no news. what shoudl I do?

I’m sorry, contacting Aigras is only the way to get the refund, unfortunately, there is nothing I can do in this case

thanks. i have to say the support is shit. 12 days no answer. I will contact paypal to get my reimbursement.
