Background and colour not accessible

I have a customization problem. In all sections of the front page, I can’t access to the Colors and Background customization area.
can you help me?

I edit the Front page sections

In Jumbotron section

I have nothing under Colors and Backgrounds

And it’s the same in every section (like in the About section)

Hi Mike,

I just stared building my website today so it is almost empty. I find it really slow and I have no idea if it comes from the template or the hosting company. It is even worse on mobile where the starting page never loads, it is stuck at 99%…
What do you think?
