Travelify, menu settings after database transfer

Hello,

I use wampserver as backup and testsite. The custom CSS is included in the SQL download.

But after importing the database in the wampserver or the real website. I must set the menu setting completely. Header picture, colours, widgets etc.

Is it possible that this is incorporate in for example, the custom css or other method?
