I would like to decide by myself how much of the text in the newsfeed should be readable, before clicking on the readmore button. I guess that should be done by the adjustemnts of the blog and than set a readmore tag in the gutenberg editor. But the “see full text” adjustment wont work.

Instead of that use Read more tag in WordPress or excerpts
