Problem with TOPBuilder theme

The biggest problem I have with this theme is none of the buttons click. If I click on it they get highlighted but do not go anywhere. However if I right-click and choose open in new tab it actually works.

Secondary the logo is misplaced when in mobile mode, where to control the positioning of mobile mode?

Thirdly cannot buy the theme, it says I am not logged in but I am.

figured out why buttons didn’t work, but is there a way to make even the dropdown button clickable? like if it has 2 drop down entries but the main button should still go to main page. still need way to resize and position logo in mobile mode. and also trying to buy the template.
