"Previous" and "Next" label change at the end list of posts

Hello,
I would like to change the “Previous” and “Next” label at end list of the posts from my site.
Regarding of their location on website - on homepage, appears only “Previous” at the bottom list of posts; on page 2/3/4 etc , appear “next” and “previous”.
I attached a picture to understand better the situation. I want to replace them with my own equivalent romanian words, because my website is in romanian language.
I installed the “Say What?” plugin module in order to make replacements of string values without editing the code but it does not work in this case. What are the steps to make this changes?
