Not working on iPhone and Mac

My website is no longer working on iPhone and Mac. The loading page is sticking and it’s impossible to access to my homepage…
Can you help me ?

What exactly is not working? I just tried it and everything seems to be ok for me, the site is loading normally on my side and I cant see problems so far

The pre loading page is loading and is blocked (as you can see on the picture attached).
And it stays like this, impossible to access to the homepage.

Ok, let’s disable preloader only for mobile screens, please add this CSS in appearance - customize - additional CSS

}
}
