HTML templates are provided as is, if you want to implement extra features you re free to do this but this will require some working knowledge of PHP and HTML as well, such things are depending on you
I bought the MUSICO template on Colorlib site… Information: Musico / September 25, 2022 / Aigars Silkalns…
When I download the purchased one, the version is very old - 2019.12.07… How do I get the updated version?

Most probably this is a technical issue and those two templates are the same, only the name is different.
Use it as is, let me know if you have any issues
