Image optimised issue

Hi,

I recently installed Imagify to compress images on my website which uses a Travelify childtheme but I’m now having problems.

I’ve noticed that in the blog roll under some of the categories some of the featured images are appearing too small. However in the actual posts they’re showing the correct size.

I’ve tried everything I can think of to correct this, including restoring the original. However, they still remain the same.

Imagify are insisting it’s not their fault - despite verifying there are no issues with any plugins etc. and I’ve made no website changes since installing Imagify.

Imagify insists it’s not their fault are refusing to resolve the situation and refund my fee until I’ve gotten you to check there are no problems with the theme.

Here’s the link to an example https://www.cantravelwilltravel.com/asia/cambodia/ if you scroll down you’ll see several images which are clearly not the full size I want them 940 width (despite still showing as 940 when I go into edit the post).

Please can you investigate and confirm if there’s a problem with the theme ASAP so I can go back to Imagify?

Thanks a lot
Tanya

Hello,

I hope you are doing well today.

Did this issue start after installing Imagify? If so then that plugin would be the issue.

You can also try disabling Imagify and using another image compression plugin such as the following:

Hello,
I have the same problem!
I recently installed Smush plugin Smush – Lazy Load Images, Optimize & Compress Images – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org to compress images on my website which uses a Travelify theme. And now all the images on the blog rolls are not displayed in full size. Example: https://gdbook.ru/ or https://gdbook.ru/category/guides/
However in the all posts they’re showing the correct size.
How to fix it?
Best Regards,
Gennady

Hello,

I hope you are doing well today.

Please remove the plugin then try to re upload the image and ensure that the image settings use the proper image size.
