How to cause links to open in a new tab

I would like to add a link to a button on the homepage that opens the URL in a new tab, My browser is set to do this but adding a standard URL like HTTP://google.com opens google in the current tab.

If this involved Custom CSS, please tell me how to navigate to the correct area to add the CSS.

Let me see where exactly you want to add it, if button doesn’t have such an option then it’s not possible, however you may use HTML tag in a text and style it like a button,
