Im bougth a wordpress themes when i’m trying to install it and he generate that as error :Unpacking the package…

Most probably its not a WordPress theme, may I know the name of the template you are installing? check it once again, it must be a WordPress theme not an HTML template
in the description i see it is an HTML when i download it it is a wordpress theme. his name is bitmap. i find a couple problem with it
now im figuring with this problem. Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.
but if we have the same them in HTML may we change it for me.
in the description they mentioned he is free and i pay it 19 USD, i can’t understand this policy
and After that he is not good
Im sorry but it’s not listed as free, it cost 19$ and its also not described as a WordPress theme, its an HTML template, and of course its impossible to install in WordPress
