Header image doesn't show on pages in English (Polylang)

Dear support,
I have activated Polylang to make an English translation-site for our Dutch website. All works fine, except that the header image does not show on the English pages. Can you please tell me where I can fix this in Travelify?

Hi there

Please deactivate all third party plugins and try again your problem, most probably this I conflict with third-party plugins.
Once you deactivate all plugins please check your problem again, if the problem is gone then this means it was a plugin conflict. Now, start activating plugins one by one and same time repeat your problem until your problem appears again, now you know which plugin was in conflict Thanks!

Thanks. I am a bit afraid to deactivate alle plugins, don’t I lose data? Can you give me a hint which sort of plugin can cause such a problem? If I give you access, can you look for me?

No, you will not lose any data, this is normal thing, you can deactivate all your plugin just leave translation plugin to see the effect
