Customise > Additional CSS not working

Hello Dan

Ohh, that’s so nice to hear :slight_smile:
Regarding gallery plugin, please enable the link for me again and i will check it too :wink:

Thanks Noda!

I’ve reactivated the login plugin. I tried the Modular plugin and GrandWP Gallery shortcode on that infographics page and it’s not showing the gallery for some reason. Also, I had a Ninja forms shortcode on the contact page which wasn’t working - I replaced it with my email.

Many thanks for your help!
Dan

Hello Dan

I tried shortcode on the test page and its working as you can see it here:
https://danconveys.com/gallery-test/

Problem with your page is that its not published, it’s scheduled to publish :slight_smile: this means changes to this page will not be published yet, just publish your page and you will see the changes

Hi Noda,

It is already published. https://danconveys.com/infographics/

I created this page with Epsilon page builder via the Customizer. It seems there’s a duplicate which is a draft and a backup version on the page which it creates automatically.

Can you take a look at why the published one isn’t showing the shortcode?

Thanks!
Dan

Hello Dan

Try to use normal page editor when you have nothing but only text and several shortcodes, most probably customizer builder is not allowing the use of shortcodes :slight_smile:

Thanks Noda.

However, when I use the normal editor it adds the ‘blog page’ header image for some reason (see attached). I would prefer it without that image and have no box for the title. Any other suggestions?

Create one new page with normall editor and i will help you to hide bg image and page title

You can show me on this page that you created. Thanks!

Hello Dan

this is a custom CSS code you need to use to hide page header:

.custom-header,
.intro-item {
display: none;
}

Thanks Noda,

But is there a way to keep the title of the page visible. On that page, I’ve added an extra title as it’s not showing. Is there a better way of doing that? http://danconveys.com/infographic-design/

Also, why is everything on the left of the page? Is there a way to centre the content in the page?
Thanks!

Good evening

Dan, you can add page title as a text at the top of the page, just like any normal text
Text is on the right side because this is a normal position of the text, you can use the default page editor to reposition text on any side

I mean the text container is on the left - there’s a lot of white space on the right of the page.

Good morning Dan

Well, this is how page editor is style, this is a normal width of the page container and normal position of the text :slight_smile:

Ok. Thanks for all your help with this. You beat my hosting support hands down!

Dan, thank you, buddy,
Please don’t hesitate if you have any doubts or question about this or any other question :slight_smile:
