Can't use my licence anymore

Last year I bought a licence for Colorlib, but I can’t seem to download any themes anymore. I’ve read some similar topics where people have the same problem. When I try to reset my password, the system tells me there is no account found. Could you please add/activate the account? My order details: [Order #281493] (July 11, 2020).

Please reset your password here: Purchase History - Colorlib After that, you can log in and download templates like usual.
