Adding a unique image to blog list page header callout

Hi!

I’m trying to add a unique image to the header page using the css code below:

.page-id-15 .bg-secondary {
background: #f5f5f5;
background-image: url(https://freerangestock.com/thumbnail/135229/close-up-of-hand-writing-on-a-notebook.jpg);
}

This worked for all other pages, however, for the blog list page, the callout is still appearing as a blank gray space.

The only way I was able to get an image in this area was by adding the image as a header image, but this changed the image in the header callout for every single page- not just the blog list page.
